  • Once purchased and accessed (e.g. The Change Leader Code™ assessment), digital products are non-refundable unless faulty or not delivered as promised.

B. Coaching & Programmes

  • Cancellations by you:

    • If you cancel more than 14 days before the start of a programme, you may be entitled to a full refund.

    • If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, refunds may be reduced or unavailable (depending on costs already incurred).

  • Cancellations by us:

    • If we cancel or reschedule, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
